Famous Hot Dogs
One of the cool things about going to LA is visiting sites that the "stars" frequent. One of them was Pink's Hot Dogs, which has been around for almost 70 years. I don't think much has changed in those seventy years as they don't take credit or debit card, cash only. There are a bazillion workers cramped behind the busy counter and although I didn't get picture of them I did snap a few of the boys chowing down.

When you are on vacation these are a few of the "rules" that are in place (in my mind anyway). NO Calories, cholesteral, or FAT! You CAN eat the dessert before the meal. Then after the meal, YES you can have dessert again (I assume you are walking somewhere!) Also, and most important....there is the bannishing of the 4 letter word (actually 6 letters) that we hate. I can't even type it, because we are talking about vacation here! so glad you found yummy dogs that were not at Costco!

I just read that couples who try to diet while on vacation are WAY more likely to argue than those who don't so should never count calories or fat content on vacation! I think I saw Pink's on the Food Network!
