Karate

Did you ever watch the Karate Kid with Ralph Macchio?  You know, “Daniel-Son, show me wax the car, sand the deck, paint the fence”? Please tell me you remember this.

Anyhow, we are in full swing with our little Karate Kid over here.

Monkey was at the park last week and some little girls were chasing him and grabbing at him. He ran back and told me, “Mom those girls keep chasing me and trying to tackle me.” And so I told him, “Tell them you don’t like and to please-” But before I could finish he blurts out, “Should I use my karate on them?”

Oh brother.

I like the little girl in the background. So girly.

He’s really enjoying his lessons. All he wants to do is start to spar. I can’t wait for him to be able to hit somebody besides his brother.
