I know I'm a little overdue but...
These are the arms of my hott-ee for Halloween.
I know exactly what Pioneer Woman is talking about every time she mentions Marlboro Man's forearms, since Mr. Dunbar has a set of awesome arms, and chest, and legs.
Those 4:45am trips to the gym every morning pay off for my benefit.
Do you see the little pairs of arms in training...

I am afraid to comment, on account if Mr. Dunbar read my comment, you know how he would take it! Anyway, what I do love about the picture is that it is the perfect capture of a Dad doing a Dad's job, and his boys relishing in the moment!
