Well, last week went out with a bang.
What would you do if you had to wait for your brother to sing?
Put your feet up and play on the iPhone?
Yeah, me neither.
I had a really nice sweater on Monkey and when he came out on stage wearing his Christmas Rocks tee I couldn’t believe it. My MIL leaned over and said, “He’s a Dunbar.” That’s what she tells me any time my boys do something I don’t expect. Ah well, it matched the theme.
Saturday we had a Mommy and Me date. My idea of a date and his idea of a date are two different things. It was fun anyhow.
Sunday I had a few gals over. Everyone brought an appetizer and an ornament. But in SoCal when its raining girls tend to bail on you, so it was a small crowd. We had a good time though.
It turned into a snowflake making seminar. Thank You Miss Eryn! You rock with all of your non-studying college hours learning how to make awesome snowflakes and airplanes.
Can you already envision what will be hanging around my house next Christmas? With cool paper and maybe even some glitter? Yeah, me too. And my Bogster. I just liked this picture for really no reason at all other than my Charlie Brown Christmas tree is in the background.
Have a great last Monday before Christmas.
It’s countdown (crunch) time now.

Looks like a good weekend! I wouldn't have bailed on your girl's night. It is crunch time though. Just when I think I am done, something else pops into my mind. Just think of how much free time we will have in January!
the t-shirt totally makes me giggle :) The party looks like fun. I've always wanted to make those snowflakes, but have never gotten around to it. I am having craft week with my boys so we just might have to give them a try.
those snowflakes are way too cool. you should hang them up for January. I love Monkey's expression in the second picture
I love his t-shirt. Two more days of school and craziness then we can settle in too. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas.
His shirt is perfect! Those snowflakes look great. They look hard to make, but I bet they're not.
Your house looks so warm and inviting! Loving how cute you look with your baby bump. Merry Christmas.
Sorry I missed. Somehow, date with Hubby in the rain, won out! So glad to see you had a good time. I love the Christmas singing....just wait until June! Oh, and date day - we did the same, but he had to shop for his sister, and cousin ~ priceless. B had the other child doing the same.
I had a lot of fun and I'm always willing to share my knowledge of useless information! ;) And my phone number to anyone needing a babysitter! ;D
