Happy Valentines to Ya

Well the Dunbar’s had an enjoyable day. The first day in almost 5 days everyone was healthy and pretty much up to par. (The morning was a bit rocky and we didn’t make it to Monkey’s party.) But the weather was fantastic and we had a great afternoon. Had a nice long walk, picked up some Valentines goodies, made a nice dinner, and of course, took some V-Day shots.

I made a great dinner. Compliments of Pioneer Woman. Pulled pork sandwiches and salad. It was delicious!!! But as luck would have it… Mr. Dunbar got home late. One of the boys threw a tantrum. Another got so fussy I threatened to throw him out a window. Someone else kept calling the pulled pork sandwich, “pig sandwich.” I just started laughing and threatening “no more sugar for the little people.”

All in all a good day. The Mr. and I are holding off on our bubbly and date movie until Friday night. That’s how it goes when you’ve got kids, I guess.

Love you, love you, Mr. Dunbar. Thanks for the gift. Even though we said “no gifts.”

To everyone else I’m hoping your day of love, was just that; a day filled with love.

just got caught up on your last few posts and have lots to say....first, you new header/title is really sassy! Loved your v-day photos, when did you get so crafty busting out the burlap banner thingy?! The egg things were a hit with my son but not my daughter. The secret is not to overdo the veggies and LOTS OF PAM!!
