Las Vegas
Yup, that’s where the Dunbar’s spent the latter part of last week. Some of us spent the majority of the drive sleeping.
Everyone was thrilled when we finally made it to the check-in desk at the MGM.
On the first night we had a Dunbar Family Dinner at the Rainforest Cafe and checked out the real life lions in the hotel. The hooligans shouted salutations to all of the drunkards gamblers walking by.
For dessert we went to the M&M Factory.
The two oldest kids chose some of the M&M’s from the dispensers. Mr. Dunbar’s brother said he’d pay for them. “It’ll be like $2,” he insisted. But I knew the candy cost more when he grabbed the $20 bill I had been trying to hand him for five minutes. Twenty-four dollars later we had happy kids with the same amount of M&M’s I could have bought at Target for $1.74.
And on that note we headed back to our hotel room.

Love the pics of you and your boys in the mirror.
I've never been to the m&m store.
Can't wait to see the rest of your trip.
Vegas and kids can be a tricky combination!
Those M&M's do look delicous, I'm sure they tasted better than the ones at Target...ha!:)
what fun! yes, we experienced m & m shock in NYC when the kids brought up their bags filled with goodies. holy cow!
Did you save any M&M's for me? ;) I knew gold lions only lived in Vegas. Looks like a fun getaway. Now how did you manage to get the boys to sleep after all that candy?
Sounds like a great trip! We love the Rainforest Cafe! Knowing that there's an M&M Factory there is nearly enough reason for me to go there....
UMMM, your arms are AMAZING! :) H
Oh yes....I go to those exact places for my conference every year and the m & m place for my girls gets me everytime:)
