Okay, so I have had the hardest time uploading photos. Which to me makes a post worth reading (most of the time.) And since my prose are not all that great, pictures are what makes peeps keep reading this little blog- even myself.
I haven’t even really been taking many photos recently because life is has been a tumbling wave. Let me give you a re-cap.
Two weeks ago we had new tile put in our kitchen. (It’s fabulous and I L-O-V-E it.) Then the guys moved to the entry way, and after they had completely demolished the existing tile, they told me I had a roof leak. That the walls in my entry way would have to be replaced that I probably had mold, that we should move out of the house immediately. Okay, that last part isn’t true. But I called out Fire Water Restoration people, a contractor, my dad, the neighbor; anyone who would have any ounce of knowledge about this stuff. Twelve opinions later, we came up with a plan. But now, today, I still don’t have a floor in my entry way, the entry closets’ contents are spewed throughout my house. Which drives me nuts. I am so the everything has a place and everything is in its place, which isn’t working so well for me right now.
(Bogie peaking in on new tile construction.)
I have a cavity. Which is better than the dentist we saw before who told me I had ten. I told Mr. Dunbar she was nuts. But the new dentist said one, and one sounds better, not really better, but better than ten.
My computer is running really slow and I’ve already defragged it. I’m fearing its on its last leg. I really don’t want to spend summer money on a new computer…
Basketball may have come to an end. We aren’t sure yet. But I do have some cute pictures of that.
Monkey did really well. He had no fear of going up against an opponent for the ball, I was impressed. And his shot ability great improved, he made a ton of baskets.
And this guy kept himself occupied.
The both worked up an appetite.
Dinner out is always more fun with friends.
Six boys, each an older brother or younger brother.
Hoping to return to regular blogging this week.

Oh that look on his face in the last photo... priceless!
so relieved to see your post--I've been getting a tad worried! oh, "restoration" projects and little ones (AGGGGHHHHHHH! i lived through it myself but still have bad dreams ;)
hope things wiggle back into the groove soon!
Joseph can fix your computer! Just send it over this way!
Bummer about your leak. hope it gets fixed soon!
I think it's time for a mac ;) Hope the tumbling slows down for you all. I'm glad to see pictures of the boys. I agree - posts with pics are the best. I feel like my blog is naked without them.
Uggg, home improvements are SO hard. They NEVER go as fast as they should, or should in my head. I hope things start going smooth!
How fun for your boys to be surrounded with so many friends! Its funny because many of my other girl friends have girls!
Hope the computer issue solves soon! So unmotivating when it is NOT working right!
I just love the pics of your boys. They make me smile.
I'm sorry to hear about the messy home improvements situation. I am like you, everything has a place in my house and I am not happy unless things are in their place! I want to rip out the carpet in our living/dining room and put in hardwood floors but I am so dreading the mess if we ever do it.
And glad that it's just one cavity and not ten. Whew.
And yes, when I get my camera back, let's definitely play with our new toys. :)
Love your pics!!!
I love to see kids smile - it is so wonderful as a mother
YOu are funny!!! Is this why you missed Saturday night??? I missed you there. Anyway, hopefully all will go well and we can catch up tomorrow ~ Cavity girl :)
Ok, I know I should be supportive of Monkey and Basketball, but I have to admit. IT made me giggle looking at all the little guys and the big hoop in the background. It made my day actually! Still was giggling about 10 cavities too ~ don't you brush??? Just joking, I know you and hygeine. Ahhhh miss you. Dinner on patio soon, I NEED to cook.
oh! you poor thing! what a bunch of yuck! however, i know you will get through it! keep us up to date! i will say a little prayer for you friend! miss ya! xo
wish i could send advice on the computer... sorry, and hope it's fixed soon. i know the littlest glitche totally slows my posting down. changing over to new site was crazy (still is) in learning curve!
cute photos as always. i'm jealous as i look at your photos b/c my boys are close in age (to each other) and i remember these times. so precious. so fleeting. grab all you can! my oldest is 15, freshman, now. younger, getting ready to join him in HS. they have ideas and lives of their own, and less time for mom. sigh. :) {findindserendipity.com}
